If you are thinking of doing any size job, be it an extension, conversion or like us the full works then I can’t recommend SR Design & Build enough. People often say I have unrealistic expectations, but SR joinery far exceeded any expectations I had.
From the moment Scott came round and quoted for the job we knew we wanted him to build our house. He was so professional and switched on and we were filled with so much confidence in him and his team.
Throughout the whole job he has being a dream, I’m sure that there are worse customers than us but we did make it hard work (well I did!), changing our minds on numerous occasions, which I know must have been hard for them, rearranging other contractors, ripping out pillars they had already fitted, and don’t get me started on the bathrooms, in fact it’s an understatement I was hard work. But Scott never made us feel like that, he just wanted us to be happy regardless of the inconvenience and extra work/time. It’s ok saying “well that’s what you paid him for” but he honestly went above and beyond, phone calls/texts while on holiday, his stag do, late nights, early mornings, weekends, bank holidays – the guy is absolutely faultless. He never switches off and is there 24/7.
People say you are likely to fall out with your builder at some point during a project like ours but we just gained more respect for Scott and his team throughout the job. Not only did they build us our perfect, forever home but they made us actually enjoy the process of doing it all. No stress, no worry, no frustration 100% reliable in service and delivery.
The house and workmanship is amazing from SR Design & Build but the service and delivery of the whole team is what makes these guys the right choice.
If you are thinking of doing any work this is honestly the company to go for, can’t recommend them enough.
I do have high expectations however SR Design & Build are on another level. Credit where credits due, absolutely awesome job.
