SR Design and Build was founded by Scott Redpath in 2010, with the business working within both the domestic and commercial sectors.
Scott and his team use their creativity, expertise and knowledge to create amazing spaces throughout the Lancaster area and North West of England – through large renovation works, full design and build of bespoke new build properties and commercial refurbishments.
The team help to bring people’s visions to life, managing construction projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered both on time and within budget. For complete peace of mind, all construction work is offered with a 10-year warranty.
Collaborative working is the golden thread running through the business, with architects, designers, skilled craftsmen and building control officers all working together to provide a streamlined and efficient approach.
The end-to-end design and build solutions result in truly impressive spaces – everything from transforming a property with a large-scale renovation project, or creating a dream home with a bespoke new build.
